People are so lucky they don't have my luck. I mean, in the middle of Orchard Road while crossing the road has your nice Hush Puppies shoes ever snapped??!! And then you have to walk and drag your foot all the way to and through Isetan looking for good, nice, AFFORDABLE shoes and I only good pair you manage to find costs $30 and you KNOW you can get the same pair for $10 anywhere elsE??

Well thats what happened to me just now. Sucks doesnt it? But other than it today was pretty fun. I mean I got nre shoes so that ain't too bad. Plus I finally got to see Never Back Down. It was damn nice movie AND we got to see it in this super cool theatre that was practically empty. So we could put all our stuff in the chair next to us and I could strech my feet on to the chair in front. And everyone in the theatre was doing that!!

The movie itself was very entertaining. The fights were damn cool, incorporating all sorts of moves. Of course the blood and stuff was a side bonus but the fights were the main attraction. Even the super hot guys with awesome bodies came second to the actual fighting. There's nothing I can say without giving away the movie plot but I'll just say GO SEE IT.

After the movie we went to Taka to window shop and I seriously can't stand the place. Not only is it so big that getting lost would only take a second but everywhere you turn the place mocks you with things you can barely afford to even DREAM about. One side Jimmy Choo, the other Cartier, another Guess and on and on and even Tiffany and Co. is coming to Taka!

After Taka, when we were walking to Borders, thats when the whole shoe fiasco happened. I had to hobble all the way to Isetan across the road and from there into Shaw City where I decided to just walk barefooted. The place was practically empty so I didn't mind.

I really hope that my shoe fiasco comes under emergency so that I can get my money back from my parents. Or else it's gonna be tough to survive the next couple of people. Because unlike most people I know I don't get money whenever I ask for it. I get a fixed amount and thats it. =(

Oh well.
