The faci can improve by :

Coming to class on time and starting meetings on time and not draggin the
lessons by extra 45 mins to an hour. Especially on days with UT, he is never on
time for the first meeting and sometimes the class panics that we won't have
enought time to compelete the UT because of his tardiness.

He should be able to accept the fact that maybe someone has an opinion different from his.

He should also be a bit more open to the idea that perhaps there are times when he
could be wrong instead of constantly insisting he's right by simply repeating
his points over and over again and totally ignoring what others say.

He should also try to see what team members are doing in class. People who do no
work get graded higher than people who do all the work.
