So today was a fun day that started really early in the morning. 7 am to be exact. ‘Cos that’s when Neerie sms-ed me to inform me of the news that she was officially a RIJC student and therefore a RI GIRL. –insert evil laughter- Don’t worry...you have people like me and Borty to make sure you don’t turn into one of THEM.Anyways, congrats also to Shorty Borty who is a official VJC student and Sonam a AJC student and good luck for your appeals!!
After my sleep was interrupted I continued sleeping till like 9? ‘Cos Borty wanted to meet at 10.30 am!!! Boo but never mind...this is probably the last chance to see her and Neerie if we don’t meet on Sunday. I would like to point out the fact that YOU BOTH WERE LATE. Thank god I brought my battered copy of Twilight to read.
So first we went off to Paradiz Centre...’cos I just wanted to know how to get there. Oh which reminds me...my first day has been postponed. I only start on the 9th now! So I have no idea what to do for the next week ‘Cos all the awesome people are going back to/still in school!!! Not counting RP people of course.
So moving on...then we went to The Cathay and bought our tickets to Bride Wards. =) Then went to Plaza Sing and shopped! Borty wanted a wallet and I decided to g-wrap my phone. The back only. I heart my phone even more now!! Shopped around a lot more and Borty fell in love with a Billabong wallet but it was out of her budget!!
Took a break for lunch and then went back to The Cathay for our movie. Bride Wars was good!! A little draggy but still very entertaining. And something we noticed...it was a very clean movie!! No swearing or anything!! Kate Hudson looked a little old though...but Anne Hathaway rocked. Bloody hell she looked hot. But a real extra bonus for the movie : BRYAN GREENBERG!!!! Jake from One Tree Hill!! –drools a lot-
After the movie we went back to Plaza Sing and shopped around for Borty’s wallet some more. In the end with contributions from me and Neerie as a belated birthday present she ended up getting the Billabong wallet!!! =)
Hung around PS till like 5.15 when Borty had to leave. Sadded....so we saw her off to the station. And then the two of us went back to PS. Browsed through Times commenting on every possible book. I got New Moon again. I don’t like it. It’s the newer version where the cover is all shiny. I want my old new moon back!!!! The one i bought 3 years ago!! WHY DID I DONATE IT TO SMRT?!!!!! ARGH!!!
Oh and there was a sale going on at the 1st floor so we were checking it out and they were selling Two of a Kind books and The New Adventures of MaryKate and Ashley. They brought back a ton of memories. I had the entire series! The whole 100+ books. Until my dad made me give away cos I was too old for them. =(
Sigh...but anyways, we moved onto the DVDs and CDs and analyzed them with our crap. They’re CD sale was good though. But I didn’t get anything.
My mom wanted me home for dinner so we left around...I don’t remember but I was home by7.30 I know THAT. My mom’s out watching Bride Wards now and my dad’s...I have no idea.
Because of Neerie and Borty I have The Man Who Can’t Be Moved stuck in my head. Every time we went to 77th Street today it was playing!!
Oh well...tomorrow’s my rest day. Other than going to Sonam’s house in the evening to BORROW EVERWOOD SEASON 1, I’ll be home resting. I’m exhausted.
