My Saturday rocked! Granted my plans for tonight fell through but honestly I’m happy about it. I was NOT looking forward to being at the Padang at 4 am. -.-

Anyways, I spent the day with my parents today. Best thing about that: I didn’t spend a single cent! Awesomeness!! Went to Raffles City and Suntec with my mom first to shop. Didn’t get anything there though... I am still a mere jobless student who can’t afford stuff from Robinsons and would feel bad making her mom buy her a $100 bag.

Walked around Suntec more and didn’t see much we liked.

Then at 3 we went to the Conrad Hotel to have English high tea with my dad! Ooh...I am in LOVE with that hotel! If I ever do get married the reception is being held there! The hotel looks amazing, the tea was amazing, the food was divine, the service was exquisite... to sum it all up, it was PERFECT. Le sighs...I wanna go back! It’s only $26 per person on the weekends and $23 on weekdays. I mean c’mon that’s damn reasonable for an all you can eat buffet, finger sandwiches and tea that comes with free refills!

After that perfect English afternoon we went to Parkway to shop some more! Finally I bought something! BOOKS! My new book goal is to own every single Julia Quinn book! And I am now one book short! DAMN IT I CAN’T FIND ‘SPLENDID’ ANYWHERE!

OH and remember when my goal was to own every single Julie Garwood Buchanan series book last year and I could NEVER find Murder List. I saw that annoying book sitting on the shelf of Borders today. VERY annoying! But I didn’t buy it ‘cos I don’t feel like reading that now.

Anyways... there’s good news to share!

1. Kim’s better! – YAY KIM!!
2. I get to sleep in tomorrow! – YAY ME!!
3. My grandmother’s coming on Wednesday! – AWESOMENESS!!!!!!!!!
4. I’m going out with LIN on Wednesday!! –YAY US!!!!

And there’s bad news as well :(

1. My new nail polish colour is starting to annoy me
2. Sonia’s sick so my all-Sonia weekend is gone.
3. OTH and GG are OVER and I CAN’T GET THE LAST EPISODES DAMN IT!!!
4. There’s no more Coke in the house.

But since they’re both equal...there’s nothing I can do. Sighs. Well. Time to go read my new books! AWESOME SHIT!
